Trip to the zoo is one of the most casual holiday a family ever spent in their past. Back then, when leisure places are limited and families have less options and activities to have quality time, most of families probably saw zoo as an affordable and easy options. While they were there, moms taught their kid to be kind and compassionate to others. In zoo, kids learned to love animals and plants, obtained knowledge about science, and understand that this world is not only belong to humans.
Those memories are important for kids to remember lovely moments with their families. That memoir is one of the first lesson in life that taught them kindness, genuine and compassion. This important lesson would guide them to become a better, and better, human being for people, living creatures, and environment around them.
We have a 1-day return policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
